Chamber Ensemble "Silhouettes" invites connoisseurs of chamber music on Saturday, December 13, 2025 from 7:30 PM in the beautiful hall of the Sofia City Art Gallery! The program "Cantabile" is aimed at the beauty of song and the magic of the human voice, so the talented soprano Plamena Girginova will join us on stage! We are waiting for you, it will be inspiring and beautiful!

• Ludwig van Beethoven – ”Adelaide” for voice and piano, op. 46
• Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy – Song without Words for cello and piano, op. 109
• Franz Schubert - Impromptu for Piano Op. 90, No. 3, D.899
• Franz Schubert - ”Der Hirt auf dem Felsen” for soprano, clarinet and piano, D.965
• Maurice Ravel – ”The Spanish Hour” (arr. for trio H. Mouton)
• Paul Duca - ”Alla Gitana” etude-vocalise for clarinet and piano
• Richard Strauss – Four Songs for soprano, clarinet, cello and piano, op.27 (arr. for ensemble Kristiyan Kaloyanov)

Free admission to the concert. If you wish, you can support the musicians by donating an amount of your choice (instead of a ticket) on site in the hall.

Silhouettes Chamber Ensemble Concert

Chamber Ensemble "Silhouettes" invites chamber music connoisseurs to a concert from the "Musical Tuesdays 2025" series, realized with the support of the Sofia Municipality and is part of the cultural events calendar of the Sofia Municipality for 2025. Musicians Lilia Jekova (piano), Kristiyan Kaloyanov (clarinet) and Gabriela Kaloyanova (cello) have selected remarkable works from the French chamber repertoire.

• Maurice Ravel – Menuet sur la nom d'Haydn for piano
• Claude Debussy – Hommage à Haydn for piano
• Gabriel Fauré – Elegy for cello and piano, op.24

• Maurice Ravel – "The Spanish Hour" (arr. for trio H. Mouton)
